The KRP chamber filter press processes thickened process water suspensions for maximum dewatering. During the pressing process, the filtrate water is drained via a drip channel, while the solids remain between the filter cloths. Once the preset degree of drying has been reached, the pressure is automatically released, followed by core washing of the filter plates. The filter cakes are then emptied by the automatic vibrating shaft. In the next step, the filter cloths are cleaned using an integrated spray bar with high-pressure nozzles. Finally, the diaphragm pump, valves and pipes are also rinsed automatically - without operator intervention.

Ideal for production lines with high availability and automation requirements. Particularly suitable for industries with high sludge volumes, varying workloads and the need for automatic self-cleaning.
