The process water generated during production is pumped into the inclined lamella clarifier via a collecting tank.
Here, the process water flows through a specially coated honeycomb structure inside the lamella clarifier.
The solid particles contained in the wastewater are separated by a physical flow process and sediment in the solids hopper.
The purified water flows into the fresh water tank via an overflow and is fed back into the production cycle from here using a pressure pump.
The thickened sediment is removed from the funnel and pressed into a dry cake in a chamber filter press.
