ELS lamella filters consist of a multi-layer filter system within a polyamide housing. They are mainly used for pre-filtration, but can also be used as the sole filter unit if the solids content is low. The filter lamellas can be removed and rinsed out for cleaning by loosening the screw cap - this makes them particularly easy to maintain and reusable.

Ideal as an upstream connection to ESO cartridge filters or as a main filter for smaller quantities of water with a low solids concentration. Typical applications can be found in the stone and ceramics industry, glass processing and wherever reliable coarse filtration is required.
